Pete Lambie joins Powerscourt

Powerscourt has appointed Pete Lambie as a Senior Consultant in its Industrials and Support Services team.

Pete joins Powerscourt from MHP’s Capital Markets team where he specialised in complex M&A and restructurings, primarily on behalf of listed clients. His experience includes the high-profile acquisitions of Cobham and Ultra Electronics, the administration and sale process of Four Seasons Healthcare and Next 15’s proposed acquisition of M&C Saatchi.

Powerscourt’s Industrials and Support Services team has enjoyed a strong 2023, advising Lithia & Driveway, the USA’s largest auto retailer, on the acquisition of Jardine Motors Group, it’s first-ever UK deal, working with SARIA, the international manufacturer of products for the agricultural, food and pharmaceutical industries, on its £692 million acquisition of Scottish sausage casing maker Devro and supporting CRH on its switch to a primary listing in the US.
