EAVAN GANNON APPOINTED PARTNER AT POWERSCOURT

Powerscourt, the leading strategic corporate communications and public affairs advisory firm, is pleased to announce that Eavan Gannon, Head of its Dublin office, has been made Partner.

In addition, the firm is pleased to announce that it is moving to new offices at Baggot Street, Dublin in July.

Powerscourt was founded by Rory Godson in London in 2004 and opened in Dublin in 2015. It has 75 employees and advises some of the U.K. and Ireland’s best-know companies. It has won numerous awards and ranks 4th as advisor to large capitalisation U.K. companies.

Eavan joined Powerscourt from Davy where she was director of corporate broking and a senior private client specialist in the wealth management division. She holds a Masters in Financial Services (MSc) and BA (Hons) in Economics both from University College Dublin (UCD), and is a member of the Institute of Bankers and Institute of Directors.

Under Eavan’s leadership, Powerscourt’s Dublin office has continued to grow since it was established in 2015, with the company recently recruiting Stephen O’Brien, former political editor at the Sunday Times Ireland, and corporate communications specialist Kelli O’Malley, to bolster service offerings and grow market share in Dublin.
